This is a translation for reference. In case of discrepancy, the Vietnamese version prevails.

By accessing and using batdongsanhpr.com and the other websites and project landing pages operated by HPR Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company ("HPR"), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

1. Purpose of the website

The website introduces HPR and the real estate projects that HPR advises on and distributes, and helps you get in touch for advice. HPR is a consulting and distribution agent. The project developer is the seller and is responsible for the product under the sale and purchase agreement.

2. Nature of the information

• Project information (scale, amenities, design, renderings, prices, sales policies, progress, legal status) is compiled from developer documents and is for reference only as of the time of posting.
• Renderings are illustrative and may differ from reality. Prices and policies may change without notice.
• Information on the website is not an offer for sale, a commitment or a contract. The legally binding information is the sale and purchase agreement, the project's legal documents and the developer's official announcements.
• Market analyses on the website are not investment advice and do not guarantee returns. You should make your own assessment and consult professionals before making a decision.

3. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information that is your own, or that of a person who has agreed for you to provide it;
• Do not use the website for unlawful purposes, spam, impersonation, attacks or disruption of the system;
• Do not copy or exploit website content for commercial purposes without permission.

4. Consignment listings

These terms apply when you post a consignment listing for sale or rent yourself on the Post a Consignment Listing page:

• You undertake that you are the owner of the property or are lawfully authorized by the owner to sell / rent it out; that the property details, price and document status are truthful; and that the photos and videos were taken by you or you have the right to use them, and do not contain other people's personal information. You are responsible for the information you provide.
• Listings do not appear immediately. HPR calls to verify the information and documents before publishing; HPR has the right to ask for additional information, reject listings that cannot be verified or are unsuitable, and take down listings if the information is found to be incorrect.
• Listing content is rewritten by HPR to the website's common standard: selecting photos, adding the HPR logo to the photos, writing the title and description, rounding the price. Listings do not show your name, phone number, house number or unit number; buyers and tenants contact you through HPR.
• You agree that HPR may use the verified photos, videos and property details to present the property on the HPR website for as long as the listing is published. Publishing on other channels (listing portals, social media) happens only with your consent.
• Listings are for introduction purposes only and are not a commitment by HPR as to the price, condition or legal status of the property. Submitting a listing is free of charge; consignment service fees (if any) are notified in advance and apply only if you sign a service contract.
• You can ask to edit or take down your listing at any time via the hotline 07 88 04 04 88 or email sales@batdongsanhpr.com, quoting the consignment code you received when submitting the listing.

5. Intellectual property

The trademarks, logos, content and design of the website belong to HPR. Project names, logos, images and documents belong to the developer or the relevant parties and are used to introduce the project. Any copying or reuse requires the written consent of the owner.

6. Third-party links and services

The website may contain links to, or embedded content from, third parties such as Zalo, YouTube, Google Maps and the developer's 360° viewer. HPR does not control and is not responsible for the content or policies of these services. Your use of them is subject to the provider's terms.

7. Limitation of liability

HPR makes every effort to keep information accurate but does not guarantee that the website is always complete, error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, HPR is not liable for any damage arising from using or relying on information on the website without checking it against the developer's official documents.

8. Personal data

• The collection and processing of the information you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15. A form can only be submitted once you tick the consent box yourself.
• You have the right to request deletion of the personal data you submitted through the website, withdraw your consent, stop receiving advisory calls / messages, and view or correct your data at any time. Send your request to sales@batdongsanhpr.com or the hotline 07 88 04 04 88; HPR will verify and carry it out in accordance with section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved by the competent authority in accordance with the law.
