A&T Group — developer of A&T Sky Garden and A&T Saigon Riverside

A&T Group is a real estate company that started in 2007 and has built many housing projects and urban areas in the northern provinces. From the end of 2023 it entered the southern market with A&T Sky Garden — 2 towers of 40 floors with 946 apartments in Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (former Thuan An, Binh Duong) — and then continued with A&T Saigon Riverside on the Saigon River.

The projects A&T Group has built in the North and Central regions include Kim Tan Golden Place (Lao Cai), the Tua Chua shopping centre and hotel (Dien Bien), the Five Star Garden Kim Giang apartments (Hanoi), the 379-K2 urban area (Thai Binh), the Central Park apartments (Thanh Hoa), the Dong Tam – Tan Thinh new urban area (Yen Bai) and the Thuan Thanh eco-urban area (Bac Ninh).

In the South, A&T Group works with DXMD Vietnam Joint Stock Company as project development unit. In November 2025 the group received approval from the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and began works to upgrade the Saigon River embankment road near the project area.

A&T Sky Garden (Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City)

• Location: 54C Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (former Thuan An City, Binh Duong); between the Saigon River and the Lai Thieu River, next to National Highway 13.
• Scale: a 7,684 m² site, 2 towers of 40 floors, 2 basements; 946 B+ segment apartments and 17 shophouses; over 40 amenities, a viewing bridge on floor 21.
• Partners: project development by DXMD Vietnam; general contractor CDC; supervision consultant CININCO; management and operation by Anabuki.
• Legal status for sales: the apartment sale and purchase agreement form has been registered with the Binh Duong Department of Industry and Trade (Notice 2580/TB-SCT of 23 August 2024).

A&T Saigon Riverside (Saigon River, Ho Chi Minh City)

A&T Group's second project with DXMD Vietnam in the South, positioned as riverside apartments on the Saigon River. In September 2025 the developer signed agreements with more than 35 distributors. Please check the detailed scale, prices and schedule directly against the developer's documents.
